Download WinRar if you don't have it here:
32-Bit Version:

64-Bit Version:
http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-391.exe

Download the client & choose to open or save w/WinRar.

After Download is complete extract all the files on the screen if you chose to open or find the saved version and extract to place of your choice.
